Do you think for a second that if the tables where turned they (whom ever) wouldn’t sue? YES THEY WOULD! AND YES WALMART IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT HAVING SECURITY!!!!!!! AND THE PEOPLE WHO KILLED HIM SHOULD GO TO JAIL FOR A VERY LONG TIME!!!! and i’m sure you wouldn’t set back on your thumb if it where your family.!!!!!!
If I died like that because my employer didn’t spend extra money to protect me and other employees with security during one of the most chaotic shopping days of the year, Then they are liable and I hope my family would sue the he–, out of them!!! IT’S NOT FREE MONEY!! THESE PEOPLE LOST A LOVED ONE… AND IT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED!!! WHAT ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO DO ? SAY OH WELL AND LET IT HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE?

It makes me angrey that family members are taking advantage of his the death the 34 year old so they can basically get free money. That is bull to benefit for your self off of a family members death. I can understand funeral expenses and if he did have children to provide them with christmas presents, school supplies and some clothes for the year. but after that Walmart is not responsible cause he was only a temporary worker. But to get extra money is like freaking selfish, greedy, and an attitude like they did not give a damn about him. You know darn well the family really did not care anything about that 34 year old 270 lb realitive. Cause if he did not die they would not come out of the wood work thinking thinking they can make money from someone who suffered to his death. It is just wrong to make money off a dead person. I hope that guy wakes up from his sleep and is able to collect money from all the inconsiderate shoppers and any money collected from the lawsuit and He will say ‘Sorry the money rightfully belongs to me you family members get nothing for being selfish.

Hey “Truth Seeker” – you may as well pack your rhetoric and go away. The EFCA is coming. You can either embrace it or be steam-rolled by it.

The November 4th elections were very telling. The citizens of the United States are sick and tired of what has been happening since people like Mr. Golub have been empowered by the lame-ducks that will soon exit into history. It is high time that America’s workers were valued and justly compensated for the work that they do. Unions are NOT a bad thing. If you think that they are, you have been poisoned.

Apparently, the additional smoke and mirrors provided by Truth Seeker and Fox News, aimed at getting you to look at the magicians assistant while they pull the American Economy out of a hat has not been sucessful on this thread. What’s the problem truth seeker? When your crap is dispelled like snow in the Sahara you disappear?

Where is you self rightous ranting now that the smoke has been cleared by others on this thread? One can only assume that you are too busy getting new employee’s for a childrens sweat shop in the third world, or maybe you are recovering in the hospital from a little candy with that secret ingredient LEAD.

You don’t need a “PHd” to read the history books and see that union labor built this country and right wing lackey’s like you have supported policies for the past eight years that have put our economy in the crapper! I know you support the idea of taking one step forward just so that you have more room to take four steps back, but the rest of us would like a little break from that type of advanced education business practice. When the employee’s say “we want a union” that is what they mean. I don’t think that they need to have it explained to them by you “in the back room” just before they get their pay check to see if they REALLY meant it.

For my money, I will shop union, support union, and fight to ensure the rights and benefits of union protection. I can only hope that you spent a little of your money on that candy with lead!
